About us
IPSpecial Group is a group of persons and companies, which since its launch in 1998, are focusing their efforts in the establishment of “special” catering and entertainment venues – places where people meet, enjoy different meals and dishes, wine selections and music. We start off with a concept, design the establishments, build them and manage them according to our standards and sense of style and hospitality. Our fashion is easily recognizable. We try to be up-to-date and modern in the methods of preparing the food, and traditional in the good taste and servicing. We love wine and music and do our best to present them to you in the fullest of their glamour and harmony. We live our dreams and ideas, we turn them into projects and start living in their rhythm. Naturally, we learn from our mistakes, but we make new friends, find new horizons and we will always be “curious and hungry” for anything which is new. Our projects are the Hemingway Restaurant – Plovdiv, the Memory Wine&Dine – Plovdiv, the Musoni Fish&Wine Restaurant, Sunny Beach resort complex, Dolce Fellini Pasticceriе & Gelateriе, the boutique art hotel 8 1/2; Modena pizza and restaurant, Happy Land party centre and Strike cocktail bar in Varna City Centre, Excalibur bowling bar, Plovdiv, Caribi bowling bar, Varna and Stara Zagora, Cosmopolitan music club, Haskovo. In October 2016 opened the newest project of IPSpecial Group – Dolce Fellini III in Mall Plovdiv.
