Hemingway
The Hemingway Restaurant is a part of IPSpecial Group, a company which has steered its efforts in the design, building and management of catering and entertainment establishments. Since its creation in 2002, until now, Hemingway has been an emblematic location of gathering of the bohemian society in Plovdiv, recognized as the place to meet delicious homemade food, cooked in the house, the artistic décor and live jazz and soul performances. Due to its central location – a few meters away from the Roman Odeon, it is a preferred site by foreign tourists in the city – the restaurant won the 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 Certificate of Excellence of Tripadvisor and is in the top position of their ranking of the city of Plovdiv.
